What is Maison Perfumes?
We are a niche fragrance retailer offering original, sealed full-size bottles and carefully measured decants (samples) in branded packaging.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All full-size bottles are sourced from authorized distributors. Decants are measured from authentic bottles. Note that our stock may include earlier production batches or discontinued collections, so packaging or minor scent nuances can differ slightly from the current retail version — this is normal in niche perfumery and does not affect authenticity. What sizes do you offer?
Decants: 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml in branded packaging. Full-size: Original sealed bottles (typically 50ml, 75ml, 100ml, 125ml depending on brand).
How long does delivery take?
1-3 days (Slovakia), 2-4 days (Central Europe), 4-7 days (Germany/Europe), typically 7-14 days worldwide — outside Europe, ground shipping can take up to 50 days depending on customs and local carriers. See Shipping & Payment for details.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days under EU Consumer Rights Directive, for items returned sealed and unopened. Opened or used fragrances and opened decants cannot be returned (hygiene exemption, Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU) — your statutory rights for faulty or non-authentic goods are unaffected. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide (€25 shipping). Delivery typically takes 7-14 days, and can take up to 50 days outside Europe depending on customs and destination. A non-delivery claim for a non-EU order can only be processed once 50 days have passed since dispatch, per tracking.

How do I use decants?
Our decants come in small spray bottles. Apply to pulse points (wrist, neck) like any perfume.
Do decants smell the same as full bottles?
Yes. They are measured directly from authentic bottles, so the scent is identical.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at info@maison-perfumes.com with photos of the item and its packaging. This is covered by your statutory conformity rights regardless of whether the item has been opened — see our Return Policy.
